Greetings family members!

I hope this message finds you all in great spirits. The Rock Hill Wilmore-Dixon Family Reunion Planning Committee is thrilled to announce that our upcoming family reunion will be held from Thursday, July 24th to Sunday, July 27th, 2025, in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Please note, there has been a change in the hotel venue. We will no longer be staying at the LaQuinta Inn. The Holiday Inn Galleria will be the designated accommodations for the reunion.

Please start planning now to be in attendance by accessing and completing the online Wilmore-Dixon Registration Form. All attendees/guests should be included on the registration form(s). June 1st is the designated deadline date to submit your form(s). Any registration form(s) received after the June 1st deadline will be charged a $25.00 late fee.

Book your family's room(s) at the Holiday Inn Galleria for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel provides a buffet-style breakfast to start your day, free parking for convenience, and for its close proximity to the Galleria Mall, offering several options for shopping and dining at various stores.

Thursday, July 24th, hotel check in begins as well as the Meet & Greet Event in the hospitality suite, where family members can mix and mingle.

REUNION NEWS

The reunion registration fee will include the family's picnic scheduled for Friday, July 25th at Bowater Park. All adult size T-shirts will cost $18.00. Children, 5-years and under, will be $10.00. Please note: The BRATTONSVILLE TOUR, arranged as the family outing for Saturday, July 26th, is a walking tour.

Reunion activities are as follows:

Wilmore-Dixon Registration Form – Online registration form (due June 1, 2025)
(All attendees/guests should be included on the registration form)
Registration Fee: $50.00 (per household* and includes picnic)
*Individuals with the same address
T-Shirts: $18.00 (All adult sizes); Child: $10.00 (5-yrs and under)
Brattonsville Tour: $10.00 (walking tour)
Picnic (Bowater Park): 12 noon until 4pm
Dinner: Hotel Banquet Room: $45.00 (age 5-yrs and under free)
