Military Personnel

This year, the Wilmore-Dixon Book Committee is honoring all family members who have served in the United States Military.

 A special section in the book will be dedicated specifically for those who have served our country in any capacity. Military submissions are at no additional cost and are separate from the Family Photo page.

Please provide a photograph of yourself in uniform along with your dates of active service and duty assignments beginning with initial entry until discharged. 

In addition, if you are aware of any deceased family member(s) who served in the military, please provide a photo and all available information you may have regarding that individual’s service record. 

An online form is available to gather all of the requested pertinent information.
